Import Export – Added a Standard Import for WorkN Time Card Import |
Why did we do that? |
With this enhancement, a customer configured to use the WorkN exported Daily Avionte-Time-And-Pay CSV can now import the time records using Back Office > Import Export > Standard Import = WorkN Time Card Import
The user would select Mapping Group = WorkN Time Card Import and the applicable Accounting period for the Import Export Batch Wizard in Back Office > Import Export.
When the user selects to Process Import Export Batch, the time records will then be available for processing in CLASSIC Time Entry. |

Retroactively applying your Invoice Style updates in Billing Setup |
Why did we do that? |
When the user updates the Invoice Style in Customer > BackOffice Setup > Billing Setup, a new Invoice Update Confirmation will appear “Do you want to apply the invoice style retroactively?”, with the options of Yes or No.
· Select No – The invoice style will continue to apply to invoices going forward. · Select Yes –
