Updated the ACA Schema for 2022

Why did we do that?

ACA Code changes for the 2022 Year-end were made.

What is the new feature?

Import Export – Added a Standard Import for WorkN Time Card Import

Why did we do that?

With this enhancement, a customer configured to use the WorkN exported Daily Avionte-Time-And-Pay CSV can now import the time records using Back Office > Import Export > Standard Import = WorkN Time Card Import

The user would select Mapping Group = WorkN Time Card Import and the applicable Accounting period for the Import Export Batch Wizard in Back Office > Import Export.

When the user selects to Process Import Export Batch, the time records will then be available for processing in CLASSIC Time Entry.

What is the new feature?

Retroactively applying your Invoice Style updates in Billing Setup

Why did we do that?

When the user updates the Invoice Style in Customer > BackOffice Setup > Billing Setup, a new Invoice Update Confirmation will appear “Do you want to apply the invoice style retroactively?”, with the options of Yes or No.

·        Select No – The invoice style will continue to apply to invoices going forward.

·        Select Yes –

• a new wizard appears that will list the associated invoices for that department
• the user Selects the invoices for the new Invoice Style is to be applied to
• Click on Finish to complete
• A Complete message appears indicating the number of invoices that were updated.

Addition of a new Standard Overtime plan – OT 55/wk

Why did we do that?

This enhancement of adding the new Standard Overtime plan for 55 hours per week will allow the user to apply the following:

• Overtime is paid for time worked beyond 55 hours in a single week

Why did we do that?

With this enhancement, the AR Batch description can now be updated after the batch is initially entered.

What is the new feature?

Enable PEO functionality for Integrated customers

Why did we do that?

With this enhancement, the options for Customer > Sales and Service > Service Info > Is PEO and Admin Tools > Form > Customer > Front Office > PEO are now available for PEO configuration.
