We've improved our integration with Essential StaffCARE by displaying additional details on the Essential StaffCARE onboarding task record once it's sent to and completed by the talent.

We are now displaying the Configuration Name selected when sending the ESC task to the talent, as well as the Confirmation Number we get back from ESC upon completion of the benefits enrollment.

NOTE: This enhancement will only apply to new ESC talent tasks sent to talent.

Customers requested this enhancement to help them with auditing enrollment records between ESC and BOLD.

By displaying the Configuration Name on the talent task record, users are able to confirm which ESC enrollment form the talent completed.  This is especially beneficial if users are questioning if the talent completed the proper enrollment form.

By displaying the Confirmation Number users have confirmation in BOLD that the talent truly completed their ESC enrollment.
