You can now share documents with talent at particular offices via their Talent Portal. This enhancement makes it easier for you to share static documents, such as Company Policies and Employee Handbooks, and reduces the need to share printed copies or email documents to individual candidates.

Indiana
We have released an updated Indiana W4 that includes a new Line 7 for qualifying adoption exemptions. This line will double in Back Office, meaning if the employee enters one exemption, then you will see 2 in Back Office under dependents. This is intended; there is nothing required on your part.

Alaska
Alaska Governor signed Senate Bill 185 (by Senator Peter Micciche) into law, repealing the antiquated minimum wage exemption in Alaska Statute 23.10.070 which allows anyone who “is impaired by physical or mental deficiency, age, or injury” to be paid less than minimum wage.
Maine
Maine's governor recently signed H.P. 160 - L.D. 225, amending the state's final wages statute to require that all unused paid vacation accrued pursuant to the employer's vacation policy on and after January 1, 2023, must be paid to the employee on cessation of employment.
