Company Cards provide a quick, simplified view of information related to a company. The Company Card features dynamic links that display additional details about a company.
This page provides an overview of a company card in the Recruiter module. All parts of a company card are defined here, but some content is linked to pages providing more in-depth information.
Company Card Header
|Company Name||The name of the company.|
|Company Department||A department in the company (e.g. corporate, warehouse, etc.)|
|Status||The current status of the company - active, inactive, etc.|
Company Card QuickLinks
|The company's phone number. A star indicates it is the company's preferred method of contact.|
|The company's email address.|
The company's Detail QuickLink provides in-depth information about the company including comprehensive contact methods, associated documents, and building addresses.
Once the Details icon has been selected, it changes to a icon enabling the user to return to the previous view.

Company Card Summary
|Summary||A free-form text field in which the user may insert information about the company. Click on the text to generate a pop-up editing window. This summary is only used in Avionté Web Platform and not in the Core application.||500 character limit|
Edit a Company Summary
The company card summary gives a basic overview of a company. It is a free-form text field and can be edited or updated as information relating to the company changes.
- Select a card.
- Click on the summary section. A text editing window containing the existing summary will appear.
- Make any edits to the summary.
Note: This field has a 500 character limit.
- Select Done to record changes, or Cancel to close without applying changes.
Company Card QuickView Links
|General Info||The General Info QuickView displays basic information about the company such as the company's status, their supplier, and the account manager handling the account.|
The Contacts QuickView generates a display of information about contacts associated with the company.
Note: Contacts that are added from the core app do not display in the Company Card, but they will be accessible from the Order section when assigning a contact to an order.
The Orders QuickView provides a view of any open orders associated to the company.
Note: There is a filter that displays all orders (both filled and unfilled) and only filled orders.
The Messages QuickView provides a list of all messages associated with the selected Company card. Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.
