Order Card QuickViews

The QuickView links on an order card allow a recruiter to view and manage information supporting the order.



Field Description
Progress A chronological display of status for the order.
Qualifications A display of skills and qualifications required of talent assigned to the order.
Contacts Staff and their contact role associated with the order.

A log of all messages associated with the selected Order card.  Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.




Progress QuickView

The Progress QuickView generates a display of the status of the order (date created, current status, etc.) as well as candidate information (number of applicants that have applied to the order, etc.)


The Progress QuickView is separated into two areas - Placement Info and Progress Dashboard. Click on the Placement info/Progress dashboard button to toggle between the two.

Progress Dashboard

The Placement Info area provides an overview of the order and how the candidate placement is progressing.



Order Information

Field Description
Date Created The initial creation of the order.
Date Opened The date the order was opened to applicants.
Current Status The current state of the order - Filled, Open, etc.
Time to Fill After the order is closed, the Time to Fill value will display the time elapsed between the creation of the order and the close of the order.

Note: This field does not continue tracking time if there is a cancellation and the order is re-opened.



Candidate Information

Field Description
Current Total The number of candidates that have applied for the position.
Resume Sent The number of candidates that have been sent to the company for review.
Rejected The number of candidates rejected after submitting an application to the order.
Interviewed The number of candidates interviewed for the order.




Placement Info

The Placement Info area displays information about candidates that have been placed in an order. 

The Placement Info view of the Progress QuickView displays the number of available positions filled.

Note: The ability to edit or cancel the placement of a talent in Avionté Web Platform is enabled by the config option AllowEditDHOrderBillingInfo in the core application, an option that is set to "False" by default. Set this config option to "True" to enable editing and canceling functionalities for Talent in Avionté Web Platform.



Field Description
Job title The title of the job being filled by the order.
Candidate Name The name of the candidate performing the order work.
Actual Start date The day the candidate started work on the order.
Actual Salary The salary offered to the placed candidate. This may be different from the Salary listed on the Order's desription since the order description has a pay range.
Fee Type The type of fee paid to the staffing agency when the order is filled. Options are "Percent" or "Flat."
Number of payments The number of payments billed to the recruiting agency for the order that has been filled. 
Fee The dollar amount earned by the recruiting agency for placing the candidate.
Billing Period The accounting period or periods in which billing to the customer is taking place. The number of billing periods available for the order is determined by the config option DefaultUnclosedAccountingPeriodCount in the core application. The number listed in the Config Option Value box in core app will correspond to how many accounting periods will be available for scheduling payments in the Avionté Web Platform payment fields when placing a candidate on an order.
Amount The amount billed to the customer.
Payment 1 The dollar amount of a specific billed transaction. As more billing transactions are created, more billing transactions are shown.
Total The total amount billed to the customer for the placement.



Edit a Placed Candidate

  1. Select the 06.png  icon next to the candidate's name to edit any field in a candidate's existing information.

  2. Click on a field to edit the information.

  3. Click Done to save the changes and close the pop-up window.



Cancel Placement

To reverse the placement of a talent to an order, the placement can be canceled and the talent will be removed from the Progress Dashboard and placed back into the current list of candidates with a c-status of "Cancelled."

NoteA cancellation can only be made if billing has not yet been associated with a time entry batch. If a fee has been processed through Time Entry in the core application, the fee would need to be disassociated or reversed in Time Entry before cancelling the placement in Avionté Web Platform.


  1. On the Order Card Progress dashboard, click the  on the header of the candidate to be removed from the order. 

  2. A pop-up window will ask for confirmation of the action. Select Yes

  • Immediately following a cancellation, a confirmation will display and the talent will be placed back in the Order's current list of candidates.

  • The Candidate Information pie chart will reflect the cancellation.


Positions Filled

The Progress QuickView also displays data about the position being filled. The Progress Dashboard pie chart depicts the number of positions filled.





Qualifications QuickView

The Qualifications QuickView generates a display of, and allows the editing of, specific competencies and qualifications required for the position. 



Field Description
Competencies Specific proficiency needed to perform the duties of the position described in the order.
Other Qualifications Certified knowledge or experience rather than specific tools. Qualifications may include certifications, coursework completion, or position-related recognition.
Additional Tags Experience that may not be certified, but is position-related.
Avionté Skill Codes If a Skill Code has been created in the Avionté Core Application, it will appear here as a "read-only" value. Skill Codes may only be managed in the Core Application. A Skill Code is a specified competence or proficiency used to define an applicant. Avionté users configure specific names (codes) to each skill on a resume to help manage the applicant in a database. 




Edit Qualifications

Some of the sections in the Qualifications pane can be edited right in the pane. Competencies, Other Qualifications, and Additional Tags can be edited in this area. Because Avionté Skill codes are a part of the Core Application, they are not editable in the Qualifications pane. See Managing Avionté Skill Codes below for editing information. 


  1. Select 06.png to open an editing window for that section.

  2. Enter a competency into the "Enter competency..." field.

  3. Select 09.png. The newly entered item will appear as a competency requested by the order.
    • To remove an item, select 10.png next to the item.


  4. Select Done to save changes or Cancel to ignore changes when completed.




Contacts QuickView

The Contacts QuickView generates a display of contact role about the company officers associated with the order. To view a specific contact, click on their name in the QuckView. The Contacts QuickView only displays the contact and their role for the order. 




Add Contacts to Order

  1. Select the 13.png at the top of the section to manage the specific contacts associated with this order. A list of all contacts associated with the company will be visible.  

  2. Click on an empty check-box to add a check mark that shows that the contact is associated with the order. To remove a contact from the order, click the check box to remove the check mark.

    In the example below "Linus Minus" is not associated with this order, because the check box is blank. "Kris Nelson" is associated with the order because the check box has a check mark.


  3. From the Role drop-down menu, select a contact role. This role shows how the contact is related to the order and is selected on a per-order basis, rather than by customer. Multiple contact roles can be assigned to one contact. 


  4. Click the drop-down menu icon to adjust the role of the contact for the order.

  5. Select Done to save changes or Cancel to ignore changes when completed.


Edit the specific data for a contact in the Contacts QuickView through the main Contacts button at the top of the Avionté Web Platform window. 




Messages QuickView



The Messages QuickView provides a list of all messages associated with the selected Order card. Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.


Clicking on Messages in the current card will display all messages associated with the current record in the Messages QuickView.  


Each message displays the name of the message creator and is stamped with the date it was created. Messages in the QuickView are sorted in reverse chronological order according to the message creation date.



Message Categories

When working with a message in the Message sections of the Core Application, one of three categories (“Messages”, “Appointments”, and “Tasks”) can be assigned to that message via the Make This drop-down menu. When viewing a message in the Recruiter Module, the message's category is displayed in the message header, alongside the activity type, when viewed in the Recruiter Module.


All messages created in the Recruiter Module are logged as the “Message” message category.  


Message Links in Recruiter Module


Messages created in the Core Application can be linked to other records in the system, but this functionality is limited in the Recruiter Module.  New messages logged in the Recruiter Module are created with the following record links:

It is not possible to link a message to any other records via the Recruiter Module.


View Linked Records

Links to records that the Recruiter Module can access are displayed as hyperlinks in the message links field, sorted by section.  Messages that are linked to a record that the Recruiter Module can’t display are shown as normal text.



Links to records accessible by the Recruiter Module are presented in two ways, depending on the number of linked records per category:


View a Linked Record in a Message that Contains Single Linked Record

A message that links to a single record in a section displays the record name as a hyperlink. 



Select the desired hyperlink to open the linked record in a new browser tab.


View a Linked Record in a Message that Contains Multiple Linked Records

A message that links to multiple records in a section will display a link labeled as “Show all XX”, where XX is the number of linked records in the category.


  1. Select the desired “Show all XX” hyperlink to expand the links field and view all linked records in that section.  

  2. Select the link in the expanded field to open the linked record in a new browser tab.


View a Message

  1. Select the body text of a message in the QuickView.


  2. The View message window is displayed. This is a read-only view of the message.


  3. Click Close to close the window.



Add a New Message

    1. Select Messages from the current card.


    2. Select 13.png. The Add message window is displayed.


    3. From the Message type drop-down menu, select the appropriate message type.  
      Note: The items that appear in this menu can be customized.  See the Add an Action Type help article for more information about how to configure the options available in this menu.

    4. In the Subject field, enter a short subject line for the message.

    5. In the Message field, enter the message content.

    6. When finished, select the Done button to save the message.  



Edit an Existing Message

The ability to edit a message depends on thye permissions that have been configured for the current user in the Core Application. For more information about the user permissions required to edit messages created by other users, see Config Option - AllowEditMessage.


  1. Select Messages from the Order card.

  2. Tap the message’s title or hover the mouse cursor over the title bar of the message to be edited.  The Edit button will appear if the message can be edited.


  3. Select the 06.png button.  The Edit Message window will be displayed.  


  4. Edit the content as desired.

  5. Select Done to save the edited message.
