Report Description

This report gives the details of the eDocument status for each employee.







Parameter Name




All available branches.


Employee Status

All available employee status.




Filters results by eDocument .

eDocument Status

All available eDocument status.


Include Employee with Missing eDocs

Yes, No

When set to Yes, displays the employee who have not filled the eDocument.

When set to No, displays the employee who have filled the eDocument .





Report Fields

Field Name



Employee Branch.


Pulls EmployeeID.

Employee Name

Employee name who filled the eDocument .


If employee is OnAssignment then the check-box is checked, if not then check-box is unchecked.

Primary Contact Method

Pulls the primary contact method of the employee.

Employee Date Entered

Date of the employee entered in the system.

Employee Entered By

Name of the system user who entered the employee.

eDocument Type

Name of the eDocument like I-9, W-4, etc.

eDocument Status

Status of the eDocument like Input, Complete, etc.


Shows if the eDocument is currently used by the employee or not.


Status of the eDocument verified by the employer.

eDocument Submitted Date

Submission date of the eDocument by the employee.

eDocument Completed Date

Submission date of the eDocument by the employer.

eDocument Expiration Date

It is the date when the eDocument set to inactive.

eDocument Missing

Shows if the status of the eDocument is either used or not used by the employee.
If the eDocument Missing is "Yes" then the particular employee did not fill the eDocument.

If the eDocument Missing is "No" then the employee have filled the eDocument.
