Report Description

This report gives the details of the eDocument status for each employee.

This AQ populates available employee edocument data including missing or incomplete edocuments for employees between a selected date, assignment, hire, or paycheck date.

Active Assignment, Date Entered, First Paycheck Date, Hire Date, Last Paycheck Date, Paycheck Date

Isolate calendar date search to only look at specific date type in the range

Start Date

Select date from calendar

Employee Date Entered

End Date

Select date from calendar

Employee Date Entered

Edocument 

All available edocument types

Legacy Edocuments - AviontéClassic

Edocument Status

Complete, Input, Pending Final Signature, Pending Review, Pending Signature

 

Include Employee with Missing Docs

Yes/No

Yes = Shows employees with missing edocuments

No = Shows employees without missing edocuments.

Employee Status

All available employee statuses 

 

Show User Info

Yes/No

Yes = Shows User Info for Entered by, Interviewed by & Recruited by

No = Hide User data

Indicates the date that the PDF version of the eDocument was created
