Standard AQ - Vets 4212 Reporting

Report Description

Contractors and subcontractors who enter into, or modify a contract or subcontract with the federal government, and whose contract meets the criteria set forth under the 38 U.S. Code, Section 4212, codified at 41 CFR Section 31-300, must report the data that this report populates. This report makes it easy to report the VETS 4212 data.

Veteran Status

Veteran status from employee EEO

Job Position

Job position from transaction

(Visible when “Yes” is selected for Show Employee Info)

Mapping Job Category

Shows the category from the table AQ_Tbl_FederalEEOReporting_JobCategoryList according to the MapToID (Admin>Import Export Mapping Type) of the job position

(Visible when “Yes” is selected for Show Employee Info)

Is New Hire

Shows checked if employee has received his/her first paycheck in date range between the end date and one year prior to end date

Job Category

Shows the category from the table AQ_Tbl_FederalEEOReporting_JobCategoryList according to the MapToID (Admin>Import Export Mapping Type) of the job position

Protected Veterans (A)

Shows the count of employees with veteran status “Other Protected Veterans” but does not include new hire employees

(Visible when “No” is selected for Show Employee Info)

Total Employees (B)

Shows the total number of employees but does not includes new hire employees

(Visible when “No” is selected for Show Employee Info)

New hire Previous 12 Months Protected Veterans (C)

Shows the count of new hire employees with veteran status “Other Protected Veterans”

(Visible when “No” is selected for Show Employee Info)

New Hire Previous 12 Months Total Employees (D)

Shows the total number of new hire employees

(Visible when “No” is selected for Show Employee Info)

 

 

 

Required Setup

Mapping should be setup in Admin Tools > Import Export Mapping or an error message “Missing Mapping in Admin Tools >> Import Export Mapping Setion” will appear. Mapping Type with group description EEO Report Mapping should be setup.
