Creating an Application Workflow

General Information

The Personal Info workflow section collects personal information about an applicant such as their address and phone number. 

 

All information collected in this section will populate data into the Recruiter Module > Talent > Profile area and into the the Avionté core application under Employee > Address and Contact Method areas. The address the applicant enters on this screen will be marked as the primary address in the core application.

Configure the Personal Info Workflow Section

  1. Add the workflow section to the application workflow. 

  2. Toggle the Require applicant to enter a phone number switch to "Yes" to make the Phone Number field on the Personal Info section required.
    Note: This field is set to "No" by default.

  3. Click Save properties to save changes to this workflow section.
