The Professional Experience section collects your professional history. This page allows you to enter your professional history manually. It also gives you the chance to review any professional history entries that were imported from your resume if one was uploaded as part of the application process.

When you have finished entering your professional history, click Next to move on to the next stage in the application process.

 

 

Review Professional Experience Imported from Resume

If you uploaded your resume as part of the application process, you may already see entries here. It is recommended that you review this information to make sure that it is accurate.

 

Note: The two required fields Employer and a Title must be filled out for the professional experience entry to be saved, even if it was collected from your resume.

Add Professional Experience

  1. Enter the employer’s name in the Employer field.

     

  2. Enter the job title in the Title field.

     

  3. Enter the job start date using the month and year drop-down menus under Start date.

     

  4. Enter the job end date using the month and year drop-down menus under End date. If this is your current job, add a check next to Current job.

     

  5. Enter the city, country and state where the job was located by adding this information to the appropriate fields.

     

  6. In the Describe your duties field, enter a brief description of your role.

     

  7. In the Reason for leaving field, enter a brief description of why you left the role, if applicable.

     

 

To add a new entry to your professional experience, select Add more.

 

 

 

 

Edit Professional Experience

The professional experience entries on this page can be edited at any time by selecting new items from the drop-down menus or changing the text in the text fields.

 

 

Remove Professional Experience

Professional experience entries can be removed from this list by selecting the grayx_edu.png at the end of the row.

 

Selecting the grayx_edu.png when only one group of fields exists in the list will clear all information, but the group of fields will remain.
