General Information

 

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) section of the application workflow can be activated by the Aero Admin user to give the applicant the option of entering EEO-related information as part of their application. The applicant is also given the option to opt out of providing any or all EEO-related information.

 

 

Add Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Section to the Application Workflow

  1. Select the 02__2_.png to add the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) section to the application workflow.

     

  2. To include a date of birth field in the EEO section, add a check next to Display date of birth field in workflow.

     

 

 

View and Edit EEO Information

An applicant’s EEO information can be viewed and edited in both the Recruiter Module and the Core Application by users who have been granted access by having EEOViewPermission configuration option set to 'true' for their user account.  

Note: EEO information will only be visible in the Recruiter Module to users of Avionté 17.1 or newer.

  1. Navigate to Employee.

  2. Perform a search for the applicant.

  3. Double-click the applicant’s name in the search results

  4. Select EEO from the Actions menu.

  1. Select Talent tab to navigate to the Talent section.

  2. In the Search field, enter the name of the applicant and select 05__2_.png.

  3. Locate the applicant in the search results and select Profile to view the applicant’s profile.

  4. The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) section contains the applicant's EEO information.

Edit EEO Information in Recruiter Module

 

  1. Select Talent tab to navigate to the Talent section.

  2. In the Search field, enter the name of the applicant and select 05__2_.png.

  3. Locate the applicant in the search results and select Profile to view the applicant’s profile.

  4. Select the Edit icon.

    The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) editing window will be displayed.

  5. Make the desired edits and select Done to save the changes.

 

 

 

EEO ChoiceCodes as of 17.1

The table below contains the updated EEO ChoiceCodes for the Disability, Race, and Veteran Status EEO categories as of 17.1.

 

Existing ChoiceCodes will be overwritten with these values.
