Report Description

Shows a comprehensive list of information associated with a Contact.

Parameters

Parameter Name

Options

Description

Branch

All available branches.

Contact's Branch

Start Date

 

 

End Date

 

 

Date Type

DateEntered, FirstInvoiceDate, LastInvoiceDate, InvoiceDate

The Date type parameter has these options: 
 

  • DateEntered: When this is selected, it will pull all contacts added in the system within the Start and End Date entered.
  • FirstInvoiceDate: When this is selected, it will pull all contacts from customers whose first invoice is within the Start and End Date entered.
  • LastInvoiceDate: When this is selected, it will pull all contacts from customers whose Last invoice is within the Start and End Date entered.
  • InvoiceDate: When this is selected, it will pull all contacts from customers whose invoice is within the Start and End Date entered.

Extra Value

 

Value list of all Contact Extra. If Selected, the AQ will display the value of that particular extra.

 

 

 

 

Report Fields

Field Name

Description

ContactID

Unique identification number assigned to the contact.

Salutation

Formal greeting by which the contact is called or referred

FirstName

The contact's first name

MiddleName

The contact's middle name

LastName

The contact's last name

Title

The contact's professional position title.

ContactStatus

The status (active, inactive, etc.) professional relationship status.

Branch

The company branch in which the contact works.

CustomerAgencyName

The name of the agency for which the customer contact works.

DepartmentName

The specific department of the agency in which the contact works. 

Street1

The street address of the contact's office.

Street2

Additional street address information for the contact's office.

City

The city in which the contact's office is located.

State

The state in which the contact's office is located.

ZipCode

The postal code in which the contact's office is located.

Sales Level

Shows Sales Level in Sales Info section of Customer Sales & Service

Sales Level Notes Displays the notes added in Sales Info section of Customer Sales & Service
Industry Code Displays the Industry Code set up in the Other Info section of Customer Sales & Service
Customer Type Displays the Customer Type set up in Other Info section of Customer Sales & Service
Competition Displays the Competition added in Other Info section of Customer Sales & Service
Lead Source Displays the Lead Source set up in Lead Info section of Customer Sales & Service
Lead Source Description Displays the Description added in Lead Info section of Customer Sales & Service

Show multiple columns for Contact's Contact Methods dynamically.

Customer Contact Methods

Show multiple columns for Contact's Customer's Contact Methods dynamically.

Contact Users

Show multiple columns for Contact's User types dynamically.

Contact Dates

Show multiple columns for Contact's Date types dynamically.

Customer User

Show multiple columns for Contact's User Types dynamically.

Extra Value

Pulls a specific Extra value as selected in the Extra Value Parameter.
