Microsoft has been implementing a new authorization process (Modern Auth) requiring your attention. While they have been slowly rolling out this required functionality to their customers, Microsoft has recently announced that ALL customers will be transitioned by December 31, 2022.
If you and your organization have not yet complied with their changes, you will want to do so before the end of the year.
Non-compliance will result in your inability to send Microsoft emails through the BOLD platform.
This requires attention from ALL 3 levels of your organization:
Your System Administrator/Global Azure point person
Your BOLD Platform Administrator
All BOLD Platform End Users
