Career Page: Canadian Talent Enter SIN
Clients working in Canada (or with Canadian talent) requested that applicants be asked for their SIN number instead of their SSN so that applicants are not confused when attempting to apply for a job.
To this end, HCM users working with Canadian talent can customize their application process verbiage to be specific to Canadian employees.
When a talent is applying for a job and selects the country "Canada" from the drop-down list, the UI will automatically update the verbiage from SSN to SIN on the field label.

Require Attachments For Specific Expense Types
Benefit: We are adding the ability to set specific expense types to require an attachment in the table editor if the Expense Report System build feature is enabled.
When using the Expense Portal, a way to ensure attachments are required for certain expense types before reports are submitted was needed.
To access the Expense Type Editor: Click Table Editor from the main menu and search for "expense";
Here you can indicate which expenses require attachments by using the dropdown options. You can do this for new Expense Types or change existing ones.

Company Search - Expiring Documents Criteria
This feature gives you the ability to see which companies have expiring documents during a specified date range. This is a new search term.
To use it, follow these steps:
Click on a company to view its' detail, and click Documents to list them. The documents with expiration dates will be indicated.

Ability to Close Jobs with Unfilled Orders
HCM Users can now close a job that has placements and open positions. This way you don't need to change the number of Positions Available, clone the job with the number of unfilled jobs, and then close that role.
This affected reporting because it would previously show that two jobs were open as opposed to one.
When the job is closed, all the postings will be removed and the job's status will be set to closed.
When you create a job, there's a drop-down for the number of "Available Positions."
This translates to the "Open Positions" count on the Job Details page. (This is shown in the Operations & Financials widget.)

The enhancement allows you to set the status of the job ("Open" in the screenshot above) to "Closed" even if the "Open Positions" count is not at 100% (it's "2 of 4" in the screenshot above).

The way the system previously worked is that a user had to have the "Open Positions" at 100% ("X of Y"). The job automatically switched to closed when that happened.
Talent Search - Search Expiring Tags
Talent Search > Talent Terms > Expiring Tags
Using this, you can find all of the talent profiles in their system that have an expiring tag over a given period. You can find these profiles using Talent Search.
The new Talent Term "Expiring Tags" uses the same conditions as the existing Dashboard widget, which lets you find matches based on the following criteria:
The search will then pull up all of the Talent that has a document that expires during the range selected. If "Expiring Tags" is selected as a search term, an additional column will be shown in the results for the matching talent.

Onboarding Tab - Filter Results
If you are viewing the onboarding tab of a talent's profile, you can delete or hide completed tasks so that the UI isn't cluttered with many old onboarding tasks and documents that are no longer relevant.
To activate a filter, click on the number for one of the statuses (Completed, Sent, Action Required, or Rejected). To remove the filter, click the Remove Filter button.

Duplicate Check Not Including Archived Profiles
When you merge talent records, the system will blank out archived profile SSN information. This way you can update the master record's details like DOB and Gender without getting an error.
The SSN of the master profile will be retained after merging two talents.

Applicant couldn't apply when SIN starts with '9'
We added the functionality to adjust SSN verbiage to "SIN" if the country field is Canada. This also allows the SIN to start with 9. SSN's still cannot start with 9.

AdobeSign - Updated URL from "Echosign.com" to "AdobeSign.com"
Adobe is deprecating the "echosign.com" domain; it's being replaced by "adobesign.com". We ensured all hard-coded references to "echosign.com" were updated. All references to "EchoSign" in the knowledge base were also updated.
