We used to have individual "Bill to Company" user permissions for each of our featured background check integrations, Asurint & Choice.

Now, we've consolidated the user permissions into one so if a user has the Bill to Company permission enabled, the user will be able to create a billing transaction in BOLD for a background check order.

We wanted to ensure that the user permissions for our background check integration are clear and concise across all background check partners.

By default this user permission is not granted to any user.  For individual users that should be able to create billing transactions for background check orders, a BOLD admin will need to:

1. Navigate to the User Access screen
2. Find the desired user
3. Enable the "Bill to Company" permission
4. Click Save
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for additional users

For user types that should be able to create billing transactions for background check orders, a BOLD admin will need to:

1. Navigate to the Utilities screen
2. Click on User Types
3. Find the desired user type
4. Enable the "Bill to Company" permission
5. Click Save
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for additional user types
