Addresses and Geo Codes in BOLD

When entering an address in BOLD, a list of geocodes will be provided for the user to choose from. Occasionally users may enter a state and zip code that causes multiple different geocodes to appear in the geocode drop-down for the same city. We've published a new Knowledge Base article to help you troubleshoot this process.
