Avionté is reviewing the changes to the form for both the AviontéBOLD and Avionté AERO Adobe e-Signature I-9 as well as the CLASSIC I-9 e-Document. Once the updated I-9 form is available for BOLD, AERO and CLASSIC, we will notify clients via the BOLD Bulletin as well as release notes on the Knowledge Base.

New Jersey enacted the “Temporary Workers Bill of Rights Law,” designed to protect temporary employees. One of the paystub requirements, effective August 5, 2023, is to include charges to the customer, including the maximum placement fee and billing charges to the customer compared to the total compensation cost for the employee.
We understand that potential placement fees and compensation costs will vary by staffing agency and client, therefore, at your request, our Technical Services team can work to create or update your custom paycheck style.
