On August 1, 2023, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services published a revised version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The current version can be used until October 31, 2023. Read the full announcement on the USCIS website.
Avionté is reviewing the changes to the form for both the AviontéBOLD and Avionté AERO Adobe E-Signature I-9 as well as the CLASSIC I-9 e-Document. Once the updated form is available for BOLD, AERO and CLASSIC, we will notify clients via the BOLD Bulletin as well as release notes on the Knowledge Base.

The New York Governor has signed into law a bill extending the State’s COVID vaccine paid leave law through December 31, 2023. Read More
Louisiana
Louisiana’s Act No. 210 provides unpaid leave for employees to receive genetic testing and preventive cancer screening. To qualify for leave, employees must provide adequate notice and schedule the leave at a time that will not unduly burden the employer. The new law takes effect on August 1, 2023. Read More
