QuickPlace provides a simplified view of Avionté's overall front office functionality. QuickPlace allows a user to manage an order from request to fulfillment - all from one place. 

 

 

QuickPlace Open Order grid

The Open Order grid displays all of the orders that can be used in QuickPlace



Grid Columns

The Field Chooser options for the grid columns are:

Bill Rate The rate at which the customer will be billed for this order.
Branch The branch where the order was processed.
Color

Red = None of the required positions have been filled and the order requires attention.

Yellow = Some positions have been filled, but the required number of positions has not been met.

Green = The required number of positions has been filled.

 

 These colors are default settings, but can be customized.

Customer Name The name of the customer on this order.
Date Entered The date this order was entered in Avionté.
Department Name The department at the customer this order falls under.
Dispatch Time The dispatch time for the employees on this order.
End Date The date this order ends.
Entered By The user who entered this order.
Job title The job title for the employee after they get placed on the order.
Order Status The status of the order. 
Note: This can be set manually, so may differ from the status denoted by the color of the order.
Order Type The type given by the user to this order.
Pay Rate The pay rate for the employee on this order.
Placed The number of employees assigned to this order.
Report To The person/people the employee(s) will report to for this order.
Required The number of employees required for this order.
Shift Name The name given to the shift for this order.
Short Name A short identifier given to the order.
Sort Order A number indicating the position that this assignment will appear in the Open Order table.
Note: Defaults to 1=Red 2=Yellow 3=Green.
Staffing Order ID The identification number given to this order.
Start Time The start time for the shift on this order.
Start Date The start date for the order.
State The state in which the order takes place.
View Customer A button to view a summary of the customer on this order in Avionté's core application.
View Order A button to view a summary of this order in Avionté's core application.

 

 

QuickPlace Employees Grid

When an order is selected from the Open Order grid, the Employees grid is populated with employees able to fill the order. If an employee is currently on assignment, they will not appear in the Employees grid. 

 

Candidate Row Color  Example Description
None Washington, Winona The candidate has never been assigned to the order.
Dark Green South Dakota, Sally The candidate has been assigned to the order ONCE.
Light Green Poetz, Anthony The candidate has been assigned to the order MORE THAN ONCE.

 

QuickPlace Assignments grid

The QuickPlace Assignment grid displays information on the employees placed on assignment for an order.


Grid Columns

The Field Chooser options for the grid columns are:

Assignment ID Identification number for the assignment.
Bill Rate The rate at which the customer is billed for this assignment.
Branch The branch this assignment falls under.
Color The status color for this assignment.
Customer Name The customer for this assignment.
Department Name The department at the customer this position falls under.
Email The email for the employee.
End Assignment A button to manually end this assignment.
End Date The date this assignment will automatically end.
Entered By The user who entered this assignment.
Job Title The job title given to the employee on this assignment.
Name The name of the employee on this assignment.
Paid A checkbox to indicate if this employee has been paid.
Pay Rate The rate at which this employee is paid.
Performance Status The performance status for this employee.
Phone The phone contact information for this employee.
Repeat Assignment A button to repeat this assignment.
Shift Name The name of the shift the employee will be working.
Sort Order A number indicating the position that this assignment will appear in the Open Order table. 
Note: Defaults to 1=Red 2=Yellow 3=Green.
SSN The Social Security Number for the employee on this assignment.
Start Sheet A button to print the start sheet for this employee on this assignment.
Start Date The date this assignment will begin.
Transportation A checkbox indicating if this employee needs transportation for this assignment.
View Assignment A button to view this assignment in Avionté's core application.
WcCode The WcCode for the employee on this assignment.

 

 

About QuickPlace Employees grid

The Employees grid contains all of the employees usable in QuickPlace. It also has five tabs: Active Available, Assignments, Candidates, Auto Match, Quick Peek.

 

Tabs

Active Available

This tab displays all of the employees with the designations "active" and "available" for the order selected.

 

Note: An employee is designated as "active" when the Employee Status is designated with the ConfigChoiceProperty value ImpliesActive = "True."

Adjust the EmployeeStatus by navigating to Start Page > Actions menu > Admin Tools > Config Choice > ChoiceProperty tab > Category drop-down menu > EmployeeStatus

 

 

Assignments

This tab displays all of the assignments for employees that are currently assigned to a selected order. You can select a date, then choose to look on this date, since this date, or prior to this date. You can also include the current schedule or current order.

 

Candidates

The candidates tab contains all of the information on candidates available for the order selected. Employees can be added to this tab using the Add as Candidate action.

 

Auto Match

The auto match tab starts blank but can be populated using the Auto Match action

 

Quick Peek

The quick peek tab allows for a user to see what employees are linked to a selected branch.

 

Grid Columns

The Field Chooser options for the grid columns are:

 Agency Name  The agency this employee works for.
 Assign  A button to assign this employee to the order selected above.
 Available Date  The date this employee is available.
 Branch  The branch this employee belongs to.
 Check-in Date  The time the list of available employees was last generated.
 City  The city found in the employee's address.
 Color  Displays the status of the employee.
 Contact  Displays the value for the primary contact method for the employee.
 Date Entered  The date this employee was entered into Avionté.
 Email  The email address for the employee.
 Employee ID  The identification number given to this employee.
 Entered By  The user who entered this employee.
 First Name  The first name of the employee.
 Is W2  A checkbox displaying if this employee has a W2 entered into the system.
 Last Name  The last name of this employee.
 Message  A button to send a message to this employee.
 Name  The last name, first-name of this employee.
 Nickname  The nickname entered for this employee.
 On Assignment  A checkbox indicating if this employee is currently on assignment.
 Record Type  Displays if this employee's information was entered online or through the wizard.
 Remove  A button to remove this employee from this list.
 Send Email  A button to send this employee an email.
 Sort Order  The sort order for this employee.
 Source  Displays if this employee was added to this list manually automatically.
 SSN  The Social Security number for this employee.
 State  The state from this employee's address.
 Status  The current status of this employee.
 Street(s)  Street Address 1 and Street Address 2 from this employee's address.
 Transportation  A checkbox indicating if this employee requires transportation.
 View Employee  A button to view this employee's detail summary screen.
 Zip Code  The zip code from this employee's address.
