The Dates item of the Agency section records the dates of events pertinent to the agency.
Add a Date
- Select the kind of date to add to the grid from the drop-down menu of the bottom-most cell of the Date Type column.
- Select the appropriate date from the date picker in the adjacent cell of the Date column.
- Record any messages regarding the date in the corresponding free-text cell of the Note column.
Delete a Date
- Click on the unwanted date.
- Right-click on the date.
- Select Delete Date Type(s). A confirmation window will display.
- Click Yes to delete the date from the grid.
