The Email Statement Letter option in the Customer actions menu allows for statement letters to be emailed to your customer.

NoteThe user must have an active SMTP profile. For more information, contact your site administrator.

 

In Avionté version 13.2 and newer, it is possible to set up automatic emails for statement letters, contact your account manager for more information.
