The Customer Log records information specific to the customer such as address, billing information, contact information, etc.
Using the Customer Log option from the actions menu allows you to print or export a customer's information by doing the following:
- Select Customer Log from the Actions menu of the Customer section, or, if available, click the Customer Log button on the Shortcut group of the Summary item of the Employee section.
- Select the items to include in the log by checking the box that corresponds to the particular item to be included.
- Click the Preview button to open the Report Viewer window.
- Print or export the log as needed.
