The Extra item of the Agency section is used to record auxiliary data regarding the agency.
Add an Extra
- Move the cursor over the bottom-most field in the Label column. A drop-down menu icon will appear.
- Click on the drop-down menu icon.
- Select a label from the menu.
- Enter the value for the selected label in the adjacent cell of the Value column.
- Click the Tab button on your keyboard to save the data and add the entry to the list.
Edit an Extra
- Click on the value to be edited. The field will be highlighted.
- Enter a new value in the field.
- Tab off the field to save the change.
