The Contact Log records information specific to the contact such as address, billing information, contact information, etc.
Using the Contact Log option from the actions menu allows you to print or export a contact's information by doing the following:
- Select Contact Log from the Actions menu of the Contact section, or, if available, click the Contact Log button on the Shortcut group of the Summary item of the Employee section.
- Select the items to include in the log by checking the box that corresponds to the particular item to be included.
- Click the Preview button to open the Report Viewer window.
- Print or export the log as needed.
