The Billing section under the Back Office main tree category allows a user to view, process, and post billing and invoice batches.

 

 

 

From this screen, view the full Billing Actions Menu, create a New Batch, Select Transactions, Process Billing, Print Checks, and Post Invoices.

 

The home tab is separated into the Billing Home sub-tab and the Error and Warning sub-tab.

 


Billing Home Tab

Billing Batch Summary

 

The Billing Batch Summary section displays information about a specific batch.

 

Field Description
Invoice Count Displays the number of invoices being printed for the currently selected batch.
Transaction Count Displays the number of transactions in the currently selected batch.
Batch ID Displays the ID of the currently selected batch.
Description Displays the description of the batch.
Status Displays the status for the currently selected batch.
Created By Displays the user that created the batch.
Created Date Displays when the batch was created.
Invoice Date Displays the date the invoices were printed.
Processed Date Displays the date the batch was processed.
Printed Date Displays the date the invoices were printed.
Posted Date Displays the date the batch was posted.
Total Billing Displays the total amount billed for selected transactions.

The Shortcuts area features selected items from the Actions menu conveniently arranged to display billing elements.

The Actions area features selected items from the Actions menu conveniently arranged to allow quick application of billing functionality.

 

 

 

Error and Warning Tab

The Error and Warning tab displays all errors that occurred when processing the billing batch. 
 


The grid displays all errors that occurred during invoice processing. To approve and ignore the error, mark the check box in the field. From the grid, you can view the Invoice, Customer, Payee, Order, and Transaction related to the error.
