The UseSMTPEmail property displays the Use SMTP mail profile option to the user on the Send Mail Option window when sending an email from within Avionte.
 
UseSMTPEmail properties
Property location: Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default: True
Valid values: True: The SMTP mail profile option is available to the user on the Send Mail Option window when sending an email from within Avionte.
False: The Use SMTP mail profile option is not available, and in addition, the Send Email Option window is bypassed and Outlook is opened automatically. If Outlook is not set up, an error message is displayed: "You do not have email setup. Please contact your administrator."
Where the setting is reflected... Employee section's Send Email action, the Customer section's Email Statement Letter action, the Order section's Send Email on the Candidate tab, the Order section's Email Candidates on the Candidates tab, DH Order section's Send Email on the Candidate tab, the Message section's Reply section, and send Email in the Contact section, Advance Search, QuickPlace, Quick Preview, Invoice section, Paycheck section, and Billing section.
