Avionté Menu Option Does not Display

Issue 1

The Avionté Outlook Connector has been installed, but the "Avionté" option does not appear in the Outlook Main Menu selections.

 

Resolution 1

If the Avionté option does not appear in Outlook's Main Menu selections,

  1. Select Calendar at the bottom of the Outlook page.

  2. Select Mail to return to Outlook's main page.

 

 

 

The Avionté option should now be available from the Outlook menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Issue 2

The Avionté Outlook Connector has been installed, but the "Avionté" option does not appear in the Outlook Main Menu selections.

 

Resolution 2

  1. In Outlook, navigate to File > Options > Add-Ins

  2. If the Avionté Outlook Add-In is listed under "Disabled Application Add-ins", click the Manage drop-down menu on the lower-left and select Disabled Items.

  3. Click Go. Options in the Disabled Items list become selectable.

  4. Select "Addin: Avionte. Outlook Connector.AddIn (avionte.outlookconnector.addin.vstolvstolocal)"

  5. Click Enable. The add-in should now be enabled in Outlook following the next restart.

  6. Restart Outlook.

 

The Avionté option should now be available from the Outlook menu.
