Avionté provides a set of standard reports through the Main Menu > Reports option. To access a report that is not displayed through the Reports menu, contact your company's Avionté Super User or Avionté Technical Services. 

The Reports in this article are grouped by the type of user (e.g. front office users, back office users, admin users, etc.) who may find that particular report most useful.

AR Aging As Of Shows outstanding AR in detail and allows you to track your unpaid invoices. Cash Requirement Details liabilities and the amount of cash needed to process payroll. Date Type (Check Date, Accounting Period Date), Group By (Staffing Company, Branch, None), Start Date, End Date, Branch Employee Earnings, Agency Earnings, Deductions, Tax Liability, Net Pay, Employer Contributions, Worker Compensation, Employer Taxes, Summary. Each of these fields is broken down to specific values. This report is a useful resource for payroll processing or for determining the cost of running the business for a specific time period.
Check Register Shows paycheck information for all employees. Date Type (Check Date, Accounting Period Date), SSN, Start Date, End Date, Branch, Employee Type (All, W2, 1099), Sort By (Employee Name, Check Date) Employee Name, Check #, Check Date, Gross Amount, Total Taxes, Total Deductions, Net Check, Is DD?. This report is very detailed, shows historical data, and is a great snapshot of all payroll deductions.

The report can be grouped by deduction authority so a user may find a payment due to a specific agency. 

Follow Up Shows messages with some revenue opportunity information. Branch, Customer Status, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Start Date, End Date, Action Type, Date Type (Start Date, Entered Date) Customer Name, Department, Status, State, Primary#, Last Contact Date, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Sales Contact, Expected Revenue. This report offers a good summary of recent sales performance and can be helpful for determining the last point of contact for a customer and potential future revenue.

This is a great all-around report that can give you a good idea of company and sales performance. This report can also be used for bonus and commission calculations.

It can be useful when any former messages to a specific contact need to be retrieved for tracking.
New Hire Shows all employees that received their first paycheck within a specified date range Date Type (Accounting Period Date, Check Date), No. of Days, Start Date, End Date, Display Date, Branch SSN, Employee Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Start Date This report is useful if you need to report new hires or to get an idea of recent order fills.
Order Report Shows basic order information for all active orders within a specified date range Customer Name, Group By, User Type, User Name, Order Type, Branch, Show Open Order Graph (True, False), Order Status, Start Date, End Date Order ID, Order Date, Type, Job Title, R#, P#, Pay Rate, Bill Rate, Supervisor, Contact Method. Summary: No. of Orders, No. of Customers, Total R#, Total P#. Graphs of the No. of Orders by User will show if Show Open Order = ‘True’.
