Admin Tools: Assign Email Templates

Note: This admin tool is only available in Avionté version 16.1 or newer. For information regarding this feature in previous versions please view the Order Candidate Mail Template help article.


The Assign Email Templates admin tool allows for standard or customized email templates to be assigned for use with the emails sent out on candidate assignment, and web portal credential changes. 



Assign Email Templates

Use the available tabs to Assign email templates for different recipients or recipient statuses.

 

Order Candidate Mail Templates

The Order Candidate Mail Templates tab allows an email template to be set for an employee's status as it changes during the process from Applicant to Assigned. The templates used here are default or customized templates from Email > Template

 

  1. In the Avionté core application, open Admin Tools from the Start Page.

  2. Select the Assign Email Templates under the System Category.

  3. In the Order Candidate Mail Templates tab, find a status that requires the assignment of a template.

  4. Open the Mail Template drop-down menu and select a template.

  5. Press Tab to save this selection.
    • An error message will display if the selected template in invalid for this status change. Choose a new template based on the requirements from the error message.

 

Password Reset Mail Templates

The Password Reset Templates tab allows an email template to be set for when a email is set to an Applicant, Employee, Customer, or Vendor alerting them that their password has been reset. These emails can be sent by marking the Send Password Reset Email check-box when resetting a password.

Note: The templates used here are default or customized templates from Email > Templates.





  1. In the Avionté core application, open Admin Tools from the Start Page.

  2. Select the Assign Email Templates under the System Category.

  3. In the Password Reset Mail Templates tab, find an entity that requires the assignment of a template.

  4. Open the Mail Template drop-down menu and select a template.

  5. Press Tab to save this selection.
    • An error message will display if the selected template in invalid for this status change. Choose a new template based on the requirements from the error message
