Talent Tasks |
A talent task is an activity assigned to an employee or candidate. Typically, talent tasks are sent from recruiters to candidates during the onboarding process. A talent task can be a request for a signature on a document, or a skills assessment, or the completion of a W-4 document.
A recruiter uses the new Tasks QuickView in the Talent section of the Recruiter Module.
In the Tasks QuickView, a recruiter can select a talent and click the ellipses menu to access the tasks menu

The menu features the tasks that have been enabled by an Admin.
Finally, the talent is able to receive the tasks in the Talent Module. The talent opens their Home page by clicking on their name.
From their Home page, they can open the Talent Tasks.

IBM/Kenexa Assess on Cloud |
Avionte has partnered with Kenexa/IBM to bring you Assess on Cloud, a product delivering assessments in a variety of different fields and skill sets. Assessments range from Basic to Advanced levels and include topics in Accounting, Behavioral, Call Center, Clerical, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial, Legal, Software, and Technical environments. Known Issues
Note: Ticket numbers beginning with "BUG" or "JOB" or "PRD" are used for internal tracking. Ticket numbers beginning with "Z" refer to items managed through the Zendesk ticketing system.
