Additional Job Boards, Application Workflows, and Themes |
By default, the Avionté Web Platform has five job boards, five application workflows, and five themes available.
Additional job boards, workflows, and themes (up to 30 of each) are now available. Contact your Avionté Strategic Account Executive for activation and data plan information. |
||
New PeopleG2 Integration Functionality |
In the PeopleG2 functionality, recruiters may now choose any branch from a supplier (to which they have access). The branch selection is available through the Employee ; and they access it not through the Start Page, but through the Employee record.
Visit the PeopleG2 article for details. |
||
New CareerBuilder Integration Functionality |
The Avionté Job Order ID will now display in the notification email the recruiter receives when the Candidate submits their application via CareerBuilder. Previously, Avionté only showed the Order GUID, which will remain, but including the actual order ID allows the recruiter to more easily find the order and the respective candidate.
In the Post Order To Web modal, any address entered in “Recipient Email Address” will receive all notifications (including applicant submittal and expiration) as they relate to that posted job. The field was formerly labeled "InternetEmailAddress."
Visit the CareerBuilder article for details. |
||
Email Management Permission |
The Admin > Permissions page now controls who can edit outgoing email structure. This permission was previously handled in Admin > Talent Module Settings.
Any existing Email Management permissions will have to be reconfigured following this release. |
||
ProveIt! Historical Data |
ProveIt!, the assessment integration application owned by IBM, is being replaced with Kenexa Assess on Cloud. As IBM moves forward with Kenexa Assess on Cloud, historical ProveIt! data will not be available in the Avionté Web Platform, but will be available in the Avionté Suite application under Employee > Assessments. |

When a talent completes radio button questions on an application workflow, the answers are now properly recorded in the application database as well as the original online applicant report and the employee interview questions which display as Q and A answers in the Recruiter Module.
Previously, radio button answers that were corrected in an application workflow's Questionnaire would sometimes fail to record in the application. |
