Note: Ticket numbers beginning with "BUG" or "JOB" or "PRD" are used for internal tracking. Ticket numbers beginning with "Z" refer to items managed through the Zendesk ticketing system.

Talent no longer receive an error when attempting to complete assessment via the IBM Assess integration.


Previously, when assessment talent tasks were created, they had an expiration date for the session with IBM. Once that expiration date had passed, the talent was still seeing the assessment. The recruiter had no knowledge that the assessment/task had expired.



Talent are now able to complete assessments that are assigned as part of a packet.


Previously, when talent logged into the talent page and clicked on the assessment, the error "Currently there is an issue initializing the task. Please try again in a few minutes." was generated.
