E-Verify |
What is E-Verify? E-Verify is a government-run, web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. E-Verify employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees by electronically matching information provided by employees on the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, against records available to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Avionté operates as a conduit for the E-Verify service, which has its own website, https://www.e-verify.gov/ and help system at https://www.e-verify.gov/about-e-verify/e-verify-webinars
How does Avionté provide access to E-Verify? The E-Verify integration is now available as an application workflow selection in the Recruiter Module and works with an Adobe Sign E-Signature document configured as an I-9 document. E-Verify is enabled through the Recruiter Module's Admin > Integrations area then included in an Application Workflow configuration.
Candidates complete the E-Verify information when E-Verify is included in an application workflow. |
Globalization |
Candidates applying to an Avionté job board posting can now view the post in French or Spanish.
Language settings, powered by Google Translate, are available in the upper-right of each job board.

Adobe Sign Templates |
Standard E-Signature Documents powered by Adobe Sign will be available, including the Federal W-4 and Federal I-9. Previously, admins created the popular I-9 and W-4 documents from scratch - a long process of entering and editing multiple document fields. |
