Note: Ticket numbers beginning with "BUG" or "JOB" or "PRD" are used for internal tracking. Ticket numbers beginning with "Z" refer to items managed through the Zendesk ticketing system.

Job Board Module: Automatic Posting Removal

This functionality provides the ability to configure the Job Board for automatically remove postings based on Order status.

Talent name search enhancement

When performing a search in the Talent area, the First and Last name variables now feature greater consideration to improve the search experience when specifically searching on name.

SSN field and searching

Talent is now able to be searched based on Social Security Number in the Talent Card area as well as the Profile area. The last four digits of an SSN will also be available for search at a field level.

Search relevancy

When conducting "OR" searches, all of the “OR” searched values now display at the top of the results and those with only some or one match display lower in the results list.

"AND" and "OR" filters

When using search filters such as Competencies, where multiple competencies can be selected within a filter, a recruiter has the option to decide if they would like that filter to function as an “OR” search or an “AND” search.

BUG-1613 Order information is now syncing as expected between Suite and the web-based modules.

A "500 Internal Server Error" is no longer generated when a user clicks Submit on an application workflow in the Talent Module.

 

Previously, clicking Submit would inform the user they could not proceed to the next step, however, the talent record was recorded in the Suite database.

Duplicate status options are no longer displayed when a job board is configured to Auto Unpublish postings. 

 

Previously, duplicate statuses were available for selection in the Job boards configuration area.

When a Talent fails the Pre-screen questions in a workflow, they are no longer presented with a pop-up error indicating that their answers cannot be saved.

Users no longer receive duplicate email notifications when applicants apply. 
BUG-1573 The Talent Action Required filter is now returning expected search results. 
BUG-1565 When an email address is available, a duplicate check during an application workflow now checks the applicant's email address before their social security number. 
BUG-1521 Company hierarchies can now be altered as expected in the Recruiter Module.

When an applicant selects multiple check boxes in a Talent Module application workflow, all of the checked objects are now mirrored in the Suite platform.

Previously, only the first check box checked was recorded in Suite. 

BUG-19 'Type-ahead' now functions as expected in the Job Title and Salary Expectations fields.
