Note: Ticket numbers beginning with "BUG" or "JOB" or "PRD" are used for internal tracking. Ticket numbers beginning with "Z" refer to items managed through the Zendesk ticketing system.

Standard I-9 Updates

The I9 template, reached through Adobe Sign, features the following updates:

  • The default of "N/A" has been removed from the following fields
    • Middle Initial
    • Other Last Names Used (if any)
    • Apt. Number
    • Employee’s E-email Address
  • Updated reminder text for required fields that are optional with text of “Please enter the value of "N/A" if this field does not apply to you.”
  • Logic has been installed to add in First name, Middle initial, Last name, Citizenship status to section 2 automatically.
  • A drop-down field has been added to select Alien Registration Number or USCIS Number for citizenship status 3 and 4.
    • When selecting Alien Registration Number it will automatically show an ‘A’ in front of the document number line.
  • Logic has been installed to show ‘N/A’ on all fields for citizenship status 3 and 4 when citizenship status 1 or 2 is checked.
  • Logic has been installed to show ‘N/A’ on citizenship status 3 when citizenship status 1,2, or 4 is checked.
  • Logic has been installed to show ‘N/A’ on citizenship status 4 when citizenship status 1,2, or 3 is checked.

Logic has been installed to show ‘N/A’ on citizenship status 4 document numbers when another number is used.

Resolutions have been applied to issues affecting the stored procedure tbv_EmployeeDailyHoursOverEight, a standard Avionte DRM.

  • The @RootStaffingSupplierGUID is now declared and assigned with a correct value.
  • A join issue has been resolved where a column name:"DataRequirementMessageTypeConfigSystemChoiceID" of table DataRequirementMessage" was joined with ConfigChoice table instead of ConfigSystemChoice.

The user interface state now updates appropriately during an e-Verify TNC (tentative non-confirmation) workflow.  

 

Previously, when the Submit button was clicked on the TNC dialog, there was no loading spinner icon on neither the dialog content nor the button during the API call. Once the API call completed, the dialog remained open and the task status was not updated. A spinner icon was running in the tasks QuickView behind the overlay. Submitting a second time caused the error dialog to appear. Clicking OK on the error dialog caused the TNC dialog to reappear and this continued in a loop.

 

If the user cancelled out of the TNC dialog, the task appeared to still be in a TNC status. The action menu appeared to be clickable, but no menu appeared when it was clicked. If the QuickView refresh button was clicked or the page was refreshed, the task was in the expected status and could open the dialog to download the Referral Date Confirmation. However, after clicking Done on the Referral Date Confirmation Download dialog, the action menu again stopped functioning until the QuickView was refreshed.

 

When closing the case, after clicking the Close Case button, there was a 'loading' spinner icon on the button, but the user could still interact with the form. After the API call was successful, the dialog closed, but the status was not updated in the QuickView. The user could reopen the Close Case dialog, but the drop-down menu to select a reason for closing the case had no options because the case was already closed. Refreshing the QuickView or the page caused the task to appear in the correct "Closed" status.

Updates to Posting Notifications User Interface

 

Notable changes desktop view: 

  • Previously displayed "Application Notification" in bold. This has been changed to "Posting notifications" and is not bold.
  • The Posting Notification section is now be separated by a line from the rest of the settings.
  • Adjustments to size and alignment of the Group, User and Email selections.
