Item Description

Recruiters can now see the results of an employee's WOTC survey to determine tax credit eligibility.


Results are available in the Web Platform's Recruiter Module > Talent > Tax > General Tax Info area. Each talent has a field titled "Tax Credit Status"


The statuses available are:

  • Pre-Qualified (a credit will be available once the employee is hired)
  • Not Qualified (not eligible for a credit for hiring this employee)
  • Survey Not Complete (survey has been sent, but not completed)
  • No Results Returned (survey is complete but results have not been returned yet)
5520 Applicants using the Connect Module in the Integrated Solution may now access an ADP WOTC survey to determine tax credit eligibility. The survey is accessed through an ADP WOTC link during the application process. 
Clients using Maximus as their I-9 integration, have their own specific portals set up to access Maximus. Upon completing section 2 of the I-9, the ellipsis menu available as part of the Talent > Tasks display now features a "View Maximus Results" button that directs a user to their Maximus portal.
