Avionté has enhanced the placement status functionality. The Placement Status has always been available as a Talent Term on which you can perform searches as well as on the Talent Profile in the Placement Status widget.  In addition to this, Avionté provides a clear indication on your Talent records if a Talent is currently working or not.  The goal of this functionality is to provide recruiters clear visibility into a Talent's placement status within the system to ensure they can make strong decisions when working in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Placement Status Tags:


The Widget is located on the Talent record.

This placement widget provides users access to view the history of their Talent's current or past placements.  When a button is hovered over, features of those placements display and can be clicked on to access additional details.

Placement Status Tags Search:

This is located in Talent Terms.

This search functionality allows users easy access to search for Talent based on their current and historic placement data.

 

 

Placement Status - Search Results and Profile indicator:

The placement statuses that reflect whether a Talent is currently working or not also display on our Talent search results, the Talent profile (which is visible in the Talent search preview aside), and on the talent profile of the talent record.  This quick placement status information is designed to inform users whether this Talent is currently working or not.

The Placement Status tags definitions:

 

Tag Definition Status
Placed

The Talent identified in this search, or with this displayed on their Placement Status widget, have been placed in a permanent position or a contract position at some point and time. This is true whether the status is currently active or not. The Talent in this search could be in any of the three placement statuses.

N/A

Unplaced The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, are Talent that have never been placed. All Talent produced in this search will not have active placements. N/A

Active Contractor

The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, are currently on an active contract and their placement status will be "Placed - Contract" This is a placement status that will display in the search grid results and on the Talent Profile to indicate that this Talent is on a currently active contract or assignment.
Not Active Contractor The Talent identified in this search or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget have not been placed in a permanent position and are not currently on an active contract. This search result will produce a complete list of Talent with an “Available” placement status. This is a placement status that will display in the search grid results and on the Talent Profile to indicate that this Talent is not currently working.
Former Contractor The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, have had a prior contract position that has ended. The Talent in this result could be in any of the three placement statuses as long as they have had a prior contract.  N/A
Placed Permanently The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, have at some point been placed in a permanent position. This is a placement status that will display in the search grid results and on the Talent Profile to indicate that this Talent is currently placed permanently.

 

 

If these specific terms are not your preference, don’t worry; you can change them. Admin users can access Table Editor > Placement Status and edit any of these terms used in the placement status tag widget, talent term searching, or placement status in the search grid and Talent profile.
