Adobe Sign Contract Updates
Want to streamline your contract distribution process? Avionté has made it so users can create candidate, job, or, company specific documents that now include merge fields. Merge fields can be applied to any document being sent from any of our adobe sign locations within Avionté. Onboarding paperwork being sent from the applicant profile can include details about an applicant such as name, contact information in addition to specific hire details to help accelerate the onboarding process. Company merge fields include details like billing terms and conversion schedules which are regularly used when sending documents like MSA’s or Fulltime Agreements. Lastly, SOW’s being sent to a hiring manager can include details pertaining to specific job information such as start/end dates or bill rates when sending from the job details page.
Once an applicant sends their completed document back to you, the fillable form fields will automatically populate and update the appropriate Avionté profile. Examples of fillable form fields are contact information and tax information. This automation will save you from the tedious task of manual entry.

Creating Pipeline/Under Consideration Requirements
Avionté has various options to create structured processes which many users do when leveraging required information or specific activities to be completed before proceeding. You can now choose required fields that must be completed before a candidate earns the right to enter the Pipeline/Under Consideration stage. The list of fields is found within the Table Editor amongst all of the current required options.
