If a user receives this error...

 

you'll want to find out if they're on a desktop or virtual machine. You'll also need to validate if they're an admin on their computer. 

If they're on a virtual machine and they're not an admin then they'll need to request for an admin to install it on their behalf. 

If they are an admin and they're still receiving an error they'll need to retrieve the error log per the instructions here 

Once they provide you with the error log, we can provide that to the dev team for further research if necessary.
