How to Reset a User’s Password

If you have a user that has requested to reset their password, this can be done by an HCM User that has Utilities Manager access. Please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Click on User Accounts

2 Search for the User

3. Once you've found the user you're looking for, click Edit Profile then Reset Password
