The Job Details page houses all of the managerial data associated with a job. After a job is created, the Job Details page will house Hiring Manager information, Vendor Assignments, Job Posting Details, and more! Review this page to manage your Job in the Avionté system.
Manager Profile
This section houses all Hiring Manager information. Easily review who the hiring manager is for the position and update as necessary.
Job Notes
Easily logs notes that relate to the requisition using Job Notes. Need to keep track of internal developments? Use this section to log and edit all notes.
Job Description Documents
Easily load Job Description documents to your specific position. Once a Job Description document is added, it can be manually loaded in when posting a job.
Job Posting Status and Options
From here, users can post jobs, edit job postings and share their jobs to various social media accounts. For more information on how to post a job, click here.

Use this section to house any job specific document.
Job Costs
Job Costs allows users to easily track an cost associated with filling the position. Track costs from posting the position or traveling to job fairs. This data is fed into our reporting to provide overall revenue breakdowns.
Job Approvals
If your organization needs to review jobs before any sourcing can be done, select approvers who can either accept or deny the details of the job created. The Approval will move through the list of Job Approvers as each one approves the position. Should someone not approve, the job is sent back to the job creator for correction.
Vendor Assignments
Easily assign jobs to Vendors and track which vendors are working on the job with Vendor Assignments.
Position Title and Skill Set
Edit the Job Title or add Position Title and Skill Set tags here.
Job Details
Manage all specifics details of the job here. Increase the number of open position or track speicifc job requirements.
Hired Details
This section will remain blank until a candidate is started in the system. Once the candidate is started, the Hired Details section will fill out with the Candidates information. A link to their profile, hired and start date, and pay information.
Updating Job Status
The Job Status can be updated on the Job Details page by clicking on the status, located at the top of the page. Once the status is click, the user will be able to to select the correct status. Click 'Change Status' to update. **Note the list of available status includes the option to delete the job.
Create a Clone
If you often hire for the same position, or need to create a copy of a job, Avionté offers the ability to clone the position. At the top of the page, click the blue 'Create a Clone' icon. You will then have the option to clone it as a new job or the original and carry over certain details from the original position. Once the clone is created, the Req ID of the clone will appear next the the 'Create a Clone' button.
