The hiring manager portal allows your hiring managers to access a limited part of the Avionté system. Depending on the level of access granted, Hiring Managers can create jobs, provide feedback, and move candidates through the process.
Creating a Hiring Manager Account
- Go to the Hiring Manager’s profile and on the action widget, select 'Create User Record'.
- You will then be prompted to set the access levels. **Note that you MUST select a country in order to continue.
- Their log-in credentials will be sent you via email, which you will then forward to the Hiring Manager so that they may log-in.
- **Note that if you are granting your Hiring Manager access to jobs within a specific region, division, or department, you will want to make sure the department/region/division listed on the Manager’s profile match with the selection. In addition, on the job requisition, the region/division/department need to also match the access level and the manager profile.
Email Notifications
Hiring managers can receive e-mail notifications when a new web applicant applies to a job. This can be turned ON or OFF from editing access of the Manager User.
Editing Access
If you would like to edit the access of a Hiring Manager, go to: Utilities –> User Accounts –>select Manager Users and click Edit Access.
Resetting Passwords
If your hiring manager forgets their password, Go to Utilities –> User Accounts –>Manager Users –>Search for the Manager –> Edit profile and click Reset User Account. This will send them their user name and a temporary password.
