The hiring manager portal allows you to provide access to Managers in your organization. Depending on the level of access granted, Hiring Managers can create jobs, provide feedback, and even move candidates through the process.
Creating the Account
The first step is creating a user account for the Manager. This is done from the Hiring Manager’s contact profile via the actions widget. Select 'Create User Record':
You will then be prompted to set the access levels (you MUST select a country to continue).
Note: that if you are granting your Hiring Manager access to jobs within a specific region, division, or department, you will want to make sure the department/region/division listed on the Manager’s profile match with the selection. In addition, on the job requisition, the region/division/department need to also match the access level and the manager profile.
Once you select "create" you will receive an email from Avionté with the manager's user name and password.
If you would like to edit the Hiring Manager's access, go to: Utilities –> User Accounts –>select Manager Users and click Edit Access.
If your hiring manager forgets their password, Go to Utilities –> User Accounts –>Manager Users –>Search for the Manager –> Edit profile and click Reset User Account. This will send them their user name and a temporary password.
