Posting To Your Career Page
Avionté makes it simple to let the world know that you’re hiring. To post a position to your Careers Page, simply follow the steps provided after you have uploaded a job description in Word format (.doc or .docx). Once you click “Post Job”, a drop-down will appear with a Rich Text box. This is a staging area that allows users to change any content, font, and/or styles before posting.
If you want LinkedIn, SimplyHired or Indeed to direct candidates to your careers page to apply, keep the “Include in external Job Boards” box checked. This will send this job out to those sites automatically and drive candidates back to your Candidate website.
Once you have included the desired information, click “Post Job”, and you’re done!
*One thing to note, we recommend you save the document in Word format first exactly how you want it to look before uploading it to Avionté without any bullet points. You can add bullet points from within the Rich text format box.

If you post your jobs to sites we do not integrate, for example craigslist or a college career site, you will want to direct applicants back to your website to apply. Why? So that the applicants are inhaled into Avionté automatically and you don't have to worry about manually adding their resume to Avionté.
To accomplish this, follow the below process:
1. Once the job has been posted to your careers page, Avionté automatically generates two links as seen in the below image.
2. Copy the "Careers Page 2.0 Apply page" link.
3. Paste it within the job description you are utilizing on the site you are working with.
4. Be sure add something like "To apply, please select this link and you will be directed to our site to apply"
Not only does this bypass the administrative task of manually adding the applicant to the job in Avionté, it also ensures that the applicant fills out any web or EEO forms you have associated with this role. It also drives traffic to your site!
