Avionté makes setting up vendor and agency profiles quick and simple and allows you to seamlessly share jobs with your vendors or specific contacts. We also allow you to set limitations on what job details you would like to share. To get started, click on the Vendors Tab.
Click on “Enter a New Agency/Vendor” and enter all of the Vendor's contact information.
From here, you’ll want to select the Offices/Contacts tab to enter an individual’s contact information.
After entering all of the necessary information you can then assign Vendors with specific jobs. To assign a job you’ll need to go to the Job Details page. Click the “Assign to Vendors” box and select which vendor(s) you would like to share the job with.
You can also select what job details you would like the Vendor to view. Save your settings then click on the Envelope next to the Assigning to Vendor. From there you can select which contacts you would like to send the job to along with any notes you would like to include.
If a vendor ever forgets their password, you can send them an email with instructions to reset it.
Go to Utilities –> User Accounts –>Vendor Users –> Search for the manager –> Edit profile and click Reset User Account. This will send them their user name and a temporary password.
