Avionté makes it simple to let the world know that you’re hiring. To post a position to your Careers Page, simply follow the steps provided after you have uploaded a job description in Word format (.doc or .docx). Once you click “Post Job”, a drop-down will appear with a Rich Text box. This is a staging area that allows users to change any content, font, and/or styles before posting.
If you want LinkedIn, SimplyHired or Indeed to direct candidates to your careers page to apply, keep the “Include in external Job Boards” box checked. This will send this job out to those sites automatically and drive candidates back to your Candidate Applicant Portal.
Once you have included the desired information, click “Post Job”, and you’re done!
(One thing to note, we recommend you save the document in Word format first exactly how you want it to look before uploading it to Avionté without any bullet points. You can add bullet points from within the Rich text format box.)

If you want to use external job boards to post positions, Avionté makes it easy to funnel those candidates through your careers page by providing a unique landing page for each position that you post. You can also press the share button and share this unique job landing page across 322 social networks. You can either display the Avionté logo or choose your company logo as an option. Below the link to the job you can also allow candidates to apply directly with their LinkedIn profiles.
Use Your Company Logo When Sharing Jobs
When sharing jobs to networks that allow an image to be included, Avionté will automatically use the image from within your instance of Avionté.
To remove your job posting from your career’s page simply click on the Red X located in the right hand corner of the job posting status and options. This will remove the job from any job boards you’ve posted through Avionté but will keep the job open in Avionté.
