Avionté offers an integration with Paychex HRIS. This integration helps you to streamline the onboarding process by letting you import the hired Applicant’s data that exists in Avionté, into Paychex HRIS.
Enabling this is a two-step process. The first step is to contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it for your build. Next, you’ll need to enable it for each of your Users by going to Utilities –> User Accounts –> User Profile –> Edit Access, then placing a check in the box for Paychex HR Online. See screenshot below.
To export your new hires, go to Reports —> Operational Reports and click on Paychex HR Online.
When you click on the Create File button, Avionté will create a file that has the data for all of the new hires that haven’t yet had this process run. You can then use this file to quickly load those new hires into Paychex.
If you want to view a file that has already been created, you can find them by selecting a date range and then clicking the View Files button.
To view the previously created files, click on the link for the file and it will open in Excel.
