The DRM tbv_PayBasisMissingFromTransaction has been added to augment the Pay Basis functionality introduced in August 2019. When active, the DRM fires for any transaction that does not have a pay basis on the transaction for employees who work or reside in MN or WA.

Discretionary Bonus Transaction Option added to Weighted Overtime Rate Calculation A transaction type has been added for discretionary bonuses. In Desktop Application > Admin Tools > System > Transaction Type > Details, the option IsDiscretionaryBonus is now available to indicate if the transaction type is a discretionary bonus or should be included as regular hours named "isDiscretionaryBonus" and should be included in overtime rate calculations. |

The weighted overtime calculation procedure has been updated to include the 'employee's pay for transaction' item in the standard rate calculation when the transaction item's type is configured to be included in weighted overtime. |

401(k) Contribution Caps 401(k) accounts now have a max deduction limit of $19,000.
Employees 50 and over are allowed to deduct an additional $6,000 above the $19,000 amount. A separate transaction type in now used for this.
If there are multiple transaction types in use with the Vertex CMP code = 401K CU2 Over 50 Reg, the combined deduction amount is now limited to $6000. |
