Easily obtain interview feedback from managers using Feedback Forms. These forms can be included in a submittal email, or when you send an interview kit.
The feedback form will be included with the email in link format. Once the manager submit their feedback, you will be notified via email, and the form will be stored on the applicant profile under the feedback form tab.
Creating a Feedback Form
- Head to Utilities -> Template Editor
- Select Manager Feedback Forms
- Enter the name and introduction text of your form
- You will then be prompted to start building out your form. Enter the order number you would like the question to appear and select the response format: multiple choice or essay. Select 'Add this Question' and continue building out your feedback form.
Editing or Removing a Feedback Form
- Head to Utilities -> Template Editor
- Select Manager Feedback Forms
- Locate the form you would like to edit or remove. If editing, click to blue 'Edit' next to the form. If deleting, click the red trash can. **Note that removing a form will remove all previously completed feedback forms from the system.
