The System Email Setting Icon is where you can:
- Authenticate your Google domain to allow your users to leverage their calendar and email.
- Create an auto email that is sent to applicants after they apply to your jobs
Authenticate your Google Domain
- Click Edit and enter your google domain. The domain is the address of your email after the @ symbol.
- Once the domain is entered, click Save Updates and you are good to go!
Thank You Email
Create a thank you email for your web applicant. When an applicant applies to your positions, the thank you email will automatically be sent to them. First, you will need to add the thank you email as instructed below
Edit > turn the Thank You Email On > enter an email address > title > body> Save Updates.
**We suggest setting up a noreply@ email address to prevent a flood of emails.
**We also suggest keeping the text very general as it will not update with specific job information.
Note: If an applicant applies using LinkedIn or Indeed the system is unable to send the 'Thank You' email.
