The Avionté Hiring Manager portal allows for Hiring Managers to access the Avionté database in order to perform a multitude of duties such as creating jobs, monitoring candidates, scheduling interviews, and leaving feedback. The portal allows these manager to have a limited view of the Avionté database and access levels can be managed by Admin Users.
Creating a Hiring Manager Account
- Go to the Hiring Manager’s profile and on the action widget, select 'Create User Record'.
- You will then be prompted to set the access levels. **Note that you MUST select a country in order to continue.
- Their log-in credentials will be sent you via email, which you will then forward to the Hiring Manager so that they may log-in.
- **Note that if you are granting your Hiring Manager access to jobs within a specific region, division, or department, you will want to make sure the department/region/division listed on the Manager’s profile match with the selection. In addition, on the job requisition, the region/division/department need to also match the access level and the manager profile.
If you would like to edit the access of a Hiring Manager, go to: Utilities –> User Accounts –>select Manager Users and click Edit Access.
If your hiring manager forgets their password, Go to Utilities –> User Accounts –>Manager Users –>Search for the Manager –> Edit profile and click Reset User Account. This will send them their user name and a temporary password.
